Acting as a primary liaison between the Finance team and third-party service providers this role plays a crucial part in collaborating with both the Finance and IT departments to ensure smooth daily operations and support key projects that drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in global Financial Systems projects, including system enhancements and upgrades
Deliver training sessions on financial processes and application functionalities
Support and coordinate testing activities to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze and improve workflows and processes through technological solutions across all financial applications
Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting financial systems
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
Solid understanding of finance and accounting practices, especially corporate month-end and consolidation processes
Familiarity with accounting principles and business planning
Experience with SAP Concur is essential
Experience with GTreasury or other Treasury Management Systems is a plus
Experience with Oracle Fusion is desirable
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Skillset:
SAP Concur expertise
7+ years' experience in finance systems support
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
