Homecare Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Homecare Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of care visits, ensuring our clients receive timely, consistent, and high-quality care.This is a key operational role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience using CarePlanner (or similar scheduling software).Weekend work may be required on a rota or as needed to maintain service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and maintain rotas for all homecare staff using CarePlanner.Ensure all client visits are scheduled promptly and in accordance with care plans.Manage short-notice changes, sickness cover, and last-minute adjustments efficiently.Communicate clearly with care workers, clients, and families to resolve scheduling issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CarePlanner.Collaborate with the Registered Manager and care team to support smooth operations.Participate in the weekend or on-call rota where required.Requirements:Extensive experience in homecare scheduling is essential.Proficient in using CarePlanner or other care management software.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written).Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to prioritise tasks.Ability to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €32,****** per yearWork Location: In person
