Overview
Contracts Manager in Dublin.
Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 per annum + Company Van + Career Progression + Holidays + Pension + Training + Immediate Start.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of structural steel projects across Dublin, coordinating with main contractors, fabrication, delivery, and erection of primary and secondary steel structures.
Lead site teams and ensure coordination with cladding and M&E contractors.
Collaborate with major clients to drive project delivery at a strategic level.
Take full accountability for schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety targets.
Manage project timelines, procurement activities, on-site delivery, and final handover.
Uphold rigorous safety protocols, quality assurance, and technical standards throughout the project.
Qualifications/Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Building Services, Steel industry or similar building contractors.
Strong leadership ability and a willingness to work for a growing business.
A driving licence and flexibility to travel across Dublin.
