The ideal candidate will need to have enthusiasm, drive, energy, fresh ideas and the ability to build & lead a team to success, previous experience in a similar role, as Front Office/Reservations manager is essential. Demonstrate an ability to achieve targets and grow yield. Highly proficient in Hotel Systems/channel manager/PMS, Room rate Analysis, Management of a team, Management and Leadership of the Front Office team to deliver excellent customer service at all times, including rostering, training, coaching, performance management and appraisals etc Possess excellent Attention to Detail and have a Sense of Pride in their work and have the ability to instil these values in every member of their team.
