OverviewJob title:Audit CoordinatorReports to:Compliance Risk & Policy LeadLocation:Dublin or ReadingPurpose of the roleThe Audit Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and improving P&C practices, policies and procedures to ensure they are well documented and auditable, legal compliant, and efficient.This role will support ensuring business compliance with evolving employment and data, (tax and EHS where applicable) law and regulations in conjunction with the relevant COE.Key responsibilitiesDesigning and developing an internal audit framework in conjunction with the Compliance, Risk & Policy Lead, and other stakeholdersDeveloping and implementing audit plans to assess the effectiveness of P&C operationsWorking closely with Internal Audit, technology, and other stakeholders to deliver on time audit requirementsWorking in partnership with local market P&C Leaders, develop a working knowledge of all in-country legal landscapesAnalysing internal Peoples Systems and data to identify areas requiring improvementReviewing and evaluating People and Culture policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring compliance with current employment law, and suggesting opportunities for improvementIdentifying and documenting compliance issues related to P&C Services, reporting to the Compliance, Risk & Policy LeadCollaborating with the COE to assess gaps or risks and partnering together on implementing necessary changesMonitoring and assessing the accuracy of colleague records and associated dataProviding recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving strategiesReviewing and assessing company compliance in accordance with CSRD and other legislative requirementsIn conjunction with the Compliance, Risk and Policy Lead, ensure strict adherence to data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, safeguarding colleague information and handling sensitive data appropriatelyPrepare audit reports in accordance with the audit planOur ValuesEvery person impacts the culture at Primark.Our values: Caring (we always strive to put people first), Dynamic (we bravely push the boundaries to stay ahead) and Together (we learn more, laugh more and achieve more as a team) outline how we work with each other, our suppliers, and our partners.We want to continue to create amazing cultures across Primark and need everyone to play their part in making this happen by living our values.Skills and experienceEssentialAttention to detail & critical thinkingPrevious experience working in an operational HR role including Risk ManagementExcellent customer service orientation and communication skillsStrong understanding of HR processes and policiesAbility to resolve issues and process transactions accurately and efficientlyExperience with HR systems and technologiesKnowledge of relevant employment legislationsDesirableOperational Knowledge of People related risksExperience with Audit Management SystemsFamiliarity with Audit FrameworksSkilled at reviewing and updating policy documents based on legal findingsTraining and Coaching awarenessAdaptable to a matrix structure#J-*****-Ljbffr
