Key Responsibilities: Advise on and lead corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings.
Conduct and oversee due diligence and draft/negotiate agreements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements: 2-4 years PQE in corporate law from a leading firm or in-house.
