You will join a growing and ambitious corporate team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and forward-thinking client base on a wide variety of transactional and advisory matters, particularly in industries being shaped by technology and be advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle from strategic planning and structuring, through deal execution, to post-merger integration.
