Responsibilities
Show real passion for beauty and skincare and promote the brand to build the business.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge on counter each day.
Drive retail sales on your counter and work as a team to hit counter targets.
Be enthusiastic about getting the best out of people, motivating others to deliver high standards of performance, and creating the right environment to deliver results.
Coach, support, and develop the team to build skills, competencies, ambitious goals, and retail growth.
Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.
Find the product or service that is perfect for the customer, showcasing knowledge of innovative beauty products and services.
Carry out an RDSE service as part of daily activities.
Requirements
As a beauty Consultant, you are the face of Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and delivery of product knowledge on the counter each day.
You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the team to successfully achieve the accounts business plan and targets.
Above all you must be passionate about leveraging all opportunities to promote the brand and build the business.
We look for people who have a proven experience in delivering the kind of customer service we all love to receive.
You will need to be committed to hitting targets, which you will do by engaging customers with enthusiasm for our products and services and being an excellent team player.
RDSE service experience as part of daily responsibilities is expected.
Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (required).
