Working hours: 8:00 – 18:00 (Mon/Thu) and 8:00 – 16:00 (Fri).
About the Client
Our client specialises in delivering high-quality mechanical and decarbonisation projects for public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on renewable technologies, carbon reduction initiatives, and energy-efficient building services.
Their mission is to create sustainable infrastructure that helps drive Ireland's journey toward Net Zero.
Role Responsibilities
Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
Supporting project planning and risk management activities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach to cost management
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
