Are you a hands-on Site Manager ready to lead complex, high-profile residential or commercial construction projects?
We're seeking a results-driven
Site Manager
to oversee multiple installation projects across the greater Dublin area.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control, while acting as the key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced site professional to contribute to innovative building projects in a growing, forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to specification
Act as the primary site contact for internal teams and client site personnel
Attend handover and pre-contract meetings to capture technical, logistical, and site-specific requirements
Coordinate procurement, delivery, and on-site storage of third-party products and materials
Ensure all fitters receive clearly marked, complete installation packs
Oversee safe use of access and lifting equipment and maintain secure site conditions
Monitor installation progress, proactively resolve site issues, and flag delays or risks
Ensure all project communications and decisions are clearly documented via email
Manage fitter invoices, verify labour against site logs, and control labour budgets
Maintain BCAR documentation including photographic records and reports
Manage on-site measurements and coordinate installation of cladding, cills, and special features
Control and document all site variations, ensuring written approvals are in place before work begins
Coordinate project close-out, handing over final documentation to service and finance teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in a site/project management role within construction, windows, facades, or building products
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to juggle multiple live sites and teams
Strong technical understanding of drawings, tolerances, and installation requirements
Proven ability to liaise across engineering, warehouse, procurement, and on-site operations
Knowledge of BCAR regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and site best practices
Experience managing third-party procurement and supplier relationships
Comfortable with consistent and detailed project documentation and reporting
Works well independently and in cross-functional team environments
