Contracts Manager (Commercial) Dublin City €100-120k + Transport, Pension, package. A leading Tier 1 main building contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale Ciommercial project in Dublin City, €20m+
This role will involve managing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities Manage contracts from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial management.Negotiate, administer, and review contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Resolve contractual issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and teams.Ensure all documentation and contractual obligations are met and maintained.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager with a Tier 1 contractor in Ireland, UK, OverseasDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Salary & Benefits:€100-120kCompany vehiclePension schemeBenefitsContact ****** for more info or call 01-632-1200 to discuss.
