Process Engineer (Polymer) -Longford Our client, a Plastics & Medical Device Manufacturer based in Longford are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their New Product Development team.
The role is ideal for candidates with a background in NPI, Injection Moulding and Process Improvement.

Do you have experience working in New Product Development?
Track record of working with Injection Moulding machinery is essential.
Knowledge and experience working to ISO Standards is required.
Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance and repair is essential Design of Experiments experience is a must.
The role: Introducing all new products into the company and compiling standard specifications for each Process monitoring & optimisation Troubleshooting processing problems.
Establishes relationships with the customers and Equipment/ Raw Material suppliers in pursuit of continuous improvement and on-going business development.
Solves, in conjunction with the Quality department, customer related problems/issues as needed Work in line with ISO9001:2000 and ISO 13485 requirements and review the systems with the Group Leaders and the Quality department on a regular basis to ensure conformance to same.
Communicate on a regular basis (or as appropriate) with external suppliers of materials and equipment and provide regular feedback on any issues to the management team.
