Product Introduction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced engineer to introduce new products into our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in process engineering, injection moulding and continuous improvement.

The Role:

  • Develop product introduction strategies
  • Compile standard specifications for each process
  • Monitor and optimize processes
  • Troubleshoot processing problems
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Solve customer-related issues

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in Polymer Engineering
  • Experience working in product development teams
  • Track record of working with Injection Moulding machinery
  • Knowledge and experience working to ISO Standards
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance and repair
  • Design of Experiments experience

Working Arrangements:

  • Work in line with international quality standards
  • Review systems with quality assurance departments
  • Communicate with external partners and provide feedback
