OverviewReports to: Branch Sales ManagerFunction: OperationsLocation: GalwayJob Type: Permanent Full-timeJob PurposeThe Sales Consultant will assist the Branch Sales Manager/ Branch Manager in driving day to day sales growth within the branch, embrace sales initiatives across their hub, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.You will also be involved in overseeing the equipment within the branch, carrying out some cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone.You will also be responsible for looking after branch stock levels and the control of drivers.ResponsibilitiesEmbrace sales campaigns, and generate leads for the sales teamExceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standardsDemonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working dayMaintain professional standards of product knowledgeAchieve and maintain stock levels and availability, carrying out testing of equipment as requiredEnsure compliance with all systems, procedures and processesBe a key driver in safety by leading from the frontEnsure location is maintained to our 360° brandCarry out other tasks and duties as requiredQualificationsSales experience in a fast paced environmentExceptional customer service experienceKnowledge of local marketsDriving license preferred but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
