They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards while fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff, directly or through Team Leaders. Plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve production targets. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and specifications. Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime. Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks. Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on processes and equipment. Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns to foster a positive work culture. Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage raw material availability and prevent shortages. Track and analyze production metrics, preparing detailed reports for management. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of equipment Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. Proficiency in identifying and resolving operational challenges proactively. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask. Experience with production tracking systems and data analysis tools. A proactive approach to fostering a culture of safety and compliance. A Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (advantageous).
