Aftersales Advisor

Job Title: Aftersales AdvisorResponsible to: Service ManagerMain Purpose of Job:We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Service and Parts team with Audi Galway.The role:The successful candidate will be required to work within the Service and Parts team to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.Role Responsibilities:Assist in the organisation of daily service bookingsWelcome customers to the Service department and ensure customer satisfactionReview vehicle and customer history to identify potential additional work requirements (such as recalls or items noted at last service)Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.Ensure prompt customer follow up email / phone calls to maintain customer satisfaction and manufacturer standards as outlined in company policiesWork to ensure monthly workshop labour and parts sales targets are metPromotion/ sales/securing of orders from existing and prospective customersThe person:Skills and Competencies:Ability to work in a team and on own initiativeResults orientatedInterested in working in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail is fundamental to ensure quality is consistently deliveredContinuous improvement mindsetDriver license is requiredFlexibility is requiredProblem solving skills to identify and resolve customer queries in an empathic mannerStrong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers and the manufacturerBuild strong interdepartmental relationships and pay close attention to other department requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)Experience of using Keyloop (CRM) – Desirable not essentialA Technical background would be a distinct advantage but not essential
