CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER II - CARA WARD.
Full time/Permanent Contract.
Applications are invited for above position.
We are looking for an experienced, innovative, self-motivated person to fill this role.
Requirements / Qualifications
Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI (essential)
3-5 years post registration experience in an Oncology/Palliative Care setting with a minimum of 2 years at management level (desirable)
Have a recognised qualification or experience within the specialty (desirable)
Have a minimum of 1 year management experience (desirable)
Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
Have proven clinical and professional ability
Have good IT skills with proficiency in the use of all relevant applications
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative and engage with patients and staff
Be enthusiastic and highly motivated and able to work under pressure
Have evidence of commitment to professional development
Have ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation
