We are currently recruiting for a temporary Grade IV PA to the Director of Nursing in Mullingar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Location: Mullingar, Westmeath
Full-time role: 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Initial contract: 3 months
Pay Scale: In line with Public Sector, €18.76 - €29.19 per hour, depending on relevant public sector experience

Processing of Senior Staff Nurse ApplicationsProcessing of Enhanced Nurse ApplicationsProcessing of Maternity Leave ApplicationsProcessing of Parental Leave ApplicationsEmployment Verification LettersVerification of Service FormsManaging Flexi records for staffRoom bookingsTeleconference bookingsContract extensions for temporary staffInputting data into SAP for nurses/midwives/HCAs during leave periods for Grade 3, TROCorrespondence to support staff visa applicationsFiling and preparation of staff personnel filesCompleting requisition formsScheduling departmental meetings, minute-taking, and room bookingsManaging appointments for the DoNMaintenance of databasesAssistance with preparing reports relevant to the service
