Freelance Content Creator

We're Looking for a Freelance Content Creator & Marketing Assistant (4 hrs/week)We're looking to collaborate with a creative, organised, and motivated freelancer based in Galway to help us grow our online presence and support our marketing efforts here at My Psychology Ireland.This flexible freelance role is ideal for someone with skills in content creation, design, and digital marketing who enjoys bringing ideas to life and telling stories through engaging content.What the role involves:Filming and creating short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, promotional videos)Editing video and designing branded graphics using Canva (or similar tools)Creating print materials including leaflets, flyers, business cards, and brochuresWriting captions and scheduling content across social platformsSupporting both organic growth strategies and paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)Generating creative ideas to build brand awareness and engagementRequirements:Must be based in Galway – occasional in-person filming and content creation requiredExperience with social media content creation and editingSkilled with Canva or similar design toolsUnderstanding of organic and paid digital marketingCreative, proactive, and able to work independentlyDetails:Freelance / self-employed basisApprox.4 hours per week (flexible schedule) - hours may increase with time.Ideal for a freelancer, creative professional, or marketing student looking to build their portfolioHow to apply:If this sounds like a great fit for you, please email with:A CV & cover letter about you and why you'd love to collaborateExamples of previous work (social media content, videos, print designs, etc.)A quick sample of your skills: this can be from previous work or you can design one Instagram post in Canva promoting a psychology or wellbeing service and include a caption to go with it (optional: share a reel/video idea too)We're excited to hear from talented creatives who want to collaborate with us and help share the work we do
