We are hiring a Content Creator Lead to join EA's Fan Care organization.
As a Content Creator Lead, you report to the Senior Manager, Multimedia. Your role involves building and scaling partnerships with content creators across various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, web, X, etc.) and sourcing internal EA content to distribute on our channels. You will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand’s goals and content strategy. You have a deep understanding of the creator economy, strong negotiation skills, and experience executing high-impact influencer campaigns that drive engagement. Additionally, you collaborate with internal teams to curate and distribute content, playing a critical role in shaping our fan’s content experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content creator strategy to expand our care content reach and engagement.
Identify, vet, and onboard creators, who align with our brand values and content strategy.
Manage the creator budget, and negotiate contracts, partnership terms, and compensation structures for creators.
Source and curate content from other EA teams for distribution, enhancing our content portfolio and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration across channels.
Manage relationships with creators, ensuring long-term engagement and high-quality content production.
Liaise with other content creation teams in EA to collaborate on initiatives and ensure overall alignment.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Proactively create content when necessary to achieve strategic objectives and address content gaps.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation in creator collaborations.
Ensure compliance with brand, industry, and legal standards.
Identify and implement ways to incorporate new ideas, approaches, and knowledge into daily and long-term tasks.
Partner with teams across EA and Fan Care, leading by influence, consulting, and making recommendations on creator content and engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content strategy.
Strong network and knowledge of the creator economy across multiple platforms.
Experience negotiating and structuring creator deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience creating different types of content that drive action, and appeal to different learning styles and audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on creator-led campaign performance.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Interest or passion in the video game industry.
Experience in paid amplification strategies for influencer content.
Understanding of audience development strategies for creators and brands.
Background in content production, storytelling, or creative direction.
Knowledgeable about emerging creator trends and consumption habits.
