Overview
Site Manager – We're hiring for a leading residential developer with long-term work ahead in County Cavan.

Responsibilities
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, and environmental standards, and to a high standard.
Prepare project, programme, and risk-management plans.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with building regulations.
Implement daily and weekly programmes and issue programme details to subcontractors.
Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
Qualifications
5+ years site management experience delivering projects on time and budget
Strong coordination, programming, and problem-solving skills
Confident reading drawings/specifications; familiar with digital snag/QA tools
Trade background (e.g., Carpentry) or relevant Construction/Engineering qualification
Additional information
Note: Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland without Visa Sponsorship.
