Onshore Business Intelligence Lead - Onshore PMO (E2025257)We are the people behind Ireland's electricity grid, operating the power system with world-leading levels of variable asynchronous renewable generation.

The OpportunityThe successful candidate will support the Onshore PMO Head of Function by developing and leading a team responsible for onshore business intelligence and analytics.
You will lead strategic projects aimed at simplifying reporting and storytelling of onshore business readiness and capital projects, engaging with the C-Suite, Government, and the Regulator across our complex programme.
This role involves implementing complex business processes related to sourcing, storing, transforming, consolidating, and analyzing data.
You will drive business process improvements and collaborate with Business and IT teams in areas such as data modeling, analytics, reporting, and controls.
The TeamThe Infrastructure office manages the development and delivery of power system and interconnection investment programmes.
The Onshore PMO handles regulation, compliance, business operations, governance, and business intelligence, setting standards for onshore infrastructure and regulatory monitoring.
About YouUniversity degree in Business, IT, or related field with 10+ years relevant experienceStrong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skillsExperience with data analytics tools, dashboards, and process change initiativesProven leadership in business intelligence and complex programme managementExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirableKnowledge of the energy sector and infrastructure deliveryExperience in regulated environments and with systems like Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics, Project OnlineFamiliarity with procurement processes in public bodiesApplication Deadline1st August 2025
