Responsabilities: Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple locations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
)
Responding to urgent maintenance requests and ensuring minimal downtime in operations
Coordinating with external contractors and service providers when required
Conducting routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations
Supporting venue teams with minor refurbishments, installations, and emergency repairs
Requirements: Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance technician role (hospitality experience is a bonus)
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently across multiple sites
