Job Description:
The Associate Director is responsible for leading and managing an operations team and client relationships.
Key duties include overseeing daily operations to meet SLAs, reviewing setups and credit agreements, managing client escalations, analyzing reports, managing trades, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
The role also involves participating in service development, project management, ensuring compliance, collaborating across departments, and managing personnel.
Qualifications:
University or college degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Relevant professional designation (preferred)
Experience in fund administration or financial services, especially private credit
Knowledge of Syndicated or Private loans and credit agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
