Our Employment & Benefits lawyers advise on employment law and on the specialist areas of corporate immigration and health and safety.
The Role:
The position will primarily focus on employment issues in commercial transactions and general employment advisory work.
We act for some of the leading employers in Ireland across a wide range of industries and sectors and the role will offer the opportunity to work on;
Employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
Employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts.
General day to day employment advice.
The Person
You have an excellent academic background.
You have no less than 5 years' experience practising employment law.
You have good exposure to corporate support work.
You have a high level of commercial awareness.
You have a very strong technical and drafting ability.
You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
You have an ability to work as part of a team and show a high level of initiative.
