Senior Employment Lawyer – Dublin

A fantastic opportunity for a senior employment lawyer has just gone live in the Dublin market. The firm has a long standing and highly reputable Employment Practice and they are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to work closely with the Head of the Practice. This opportunity will suit a Senior Associate keen to get a clear path to partnership or a Partner who is looking for space and autonomy.

Responsibilities

- Advise on and handle advisory and contentious employment law matters.
- Manage own case-load and deal directly with clients.
- Assist the Head of the Practice and collaborate with other team members.
- Provide first-class pragmatic legal advice and solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Skills

- 6+ years' PQE in Employment law from a highly respected practice.
- Experience representing clients in the High Court, Circuit Court and employment rights bodies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a personable manner and interest in business development.
- Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
