Part-time Retail AssistantVapro is a family run vaping business supplying Ireland with an extensive range of high-quality vaping products.We first opened in **** in Tuam, Co.Galway and then opened our second store in Oranmore, Co.Galway in ****.Vapro strives to provide a top class customer service.Both shops are open 7 days a week.We are now seeking applications for the position of Part-time Retail Assistant at our vape store, Vapro Tuam.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, motivated and organised individual to join our growing team.As a Part-time Retail Assistant, you'll play a fundamental role in shaping our customer's experience.Availability to work weekend shifts - Saturday 09:30 to 18:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 17:00 is required.The candidate will also be required to work Bank Holidays and availability some midweek days would be ideal.We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone with a friendly attitude, a positive outlook, and the ability to engage with our customers in a warm and professional manner.Key Responsibilities & Duties typically include, but not limited to:· Opening and closing the shop, ensuring all cabinets are locked at the end of each day· Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases· Process till transactions efficiently and accurately· Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience· Work collaboratively with team members to meet weekly targets· Merchandise stock, ensuring accurate pricing and attractive displays· Replenish stock and assist in placing orders when required· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal promotions, and in-store offers· Maintaining cleanliness, organisation of the store and a welcoming store environmentWhat We're Looking For:· A positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people· An individual who is reliable, hardworking and good with time management· Strong listening and communication skills· Self-driven and detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards· Demonstrates initiative and self-motivated as you are working alone· A proactive approach to learning about products and promotions· Willingness to travel to work at our shop in Oranmore from time to time, will be looked upon favourably· Knowledge of the vaping industry and/or experience in retail is not essential, but an advantagePlease include a brief cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this job.Thanks,Vapro ManagementJob Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingExperience:Sales: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving (preferred)Work Location: In person
