OverviewHSE Advisor for mission critical project in DublinJoin STS Group as our next HSE Advisor in Dublin (initially a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension) Start Date November 3rd ****The OpportunityThis is an initial 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension.The successful candidate will work closely with our site management teams to ensure a positive and well-informed EHS culture flourishes.Key to this role will be identifying all EHS risks and ensuring the best prevention and mitigation controls are in place across the projects.ResponsibilitiesConducting regular site audits and assessments, following up on corrective actions and becoming the go-to for all things Health, Safety, and Environmental.Development of project specific HSE documents in conjunction with the project management team (HSE Plans, RAMS, Aspects & Impacts Register etc).Ensuring our sites are compliant to all relevant HSE legislation, and adherent to our HSEQ Management systems (ISO ****, ***** & *****).Proactively work with site management teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote the project EHS requirements.Promoting "STS Mission Zero" by ensuring inductions, site orientations and training are delivered in a timely manner.Who We\'re Looking ForRelevant third level qualifications and training in Environmental, Health & Safety.Good knowledge of current HSE related legislation & regulations.Excellent IT skills, the ability to learn new systems with ease.A self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.High proficiency in English language (written & spoken).Desirable but not EssentialPrior experience on construction projects, ideally within the data centre and pharmaceutical industries.Why Join The STS Group?A dynamic, growing company in the construction industry.A supportive team where your skills will be valued and developed.Competitive remuneration package.STS Group is an equal opportunities employer.We encourage experienced candidates from all walks of life to apply for this role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
