We have a new opportunity for a Data and Business Analyst responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global reporting system and providing systems support across 7 platforms.
Your work will directly improve processes, surface opportunities, and empower decision-making at a global scale.

What you will do:As the Lead ICM Data and Business Analyst, you will support analytics and platforms across 100+ countries, collaborating across time zones and cultures—from LATAM to Asia Pacific—to ensure systems operate smoothly and insights are available.Collaborate with IT to build, test, and deploy reporting infrastructure.Support and maintain reports and dashboards using various BI tools and databases.Monitor data quality, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation.Participate in system implementation or release activities.Partner with Shared Service Teams to support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ensure ticket SLAs are met; identify process improvements where possible.Provide training and support to end-users on systems and reporting tools.What you will need:Degree in relevant fieldAt least 4 years of experience as an analyst or similar roleStrong data modeling and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with IT solutionsTravel Percentage: 10%
