PE Global are delighted to be working with a very good client of ours who are a tier 1 contractor headquartered in Dublin.
They specialise in a range of construction projects across Ireland and the UK within different residential, commercial, retail, pharma, life sciences, data centres, infrastructures and healthcare construction projects,
We are now seeking a BIM Coordinator for a number of multi-disciplined projects in the Dublin Region.
This fulltime role may be site based or at our offices in Dublin.
This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop and progress professionally.
Duties Ensure delivery of the information requirements of the EIR & enforce the BIM Execution PlanReceive & maintain information pertaining to the Project Information ModelReview information exchanges within the common data environmentOn-going collaboration with multi-discipline BIM CoordinatorsExecute spatial coordination processesTrack and report on the coordination processVerify site installations using reality capture tools and software e.g.
– laser scanningManage the collation and input of asset information to the Asset Information Model for handoverSupport the Design Manager on design/project deliveryAssist in the coordination of the design team and specialist subcontractorsAttend/Host BIM coordination meetings and workshopsConfirm suppliers' ability to deliver project BIM requirementsSkills/Experience Required Third Level Qualification in BIM or in Engineering or Architecture with additional BIM qualification/trainingMinimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM roleSolid understanding of BIM tools and digital design coordinationSolid understanding of document management systems and CDEs e.g.
Aconex, BIM360, and/or othersStrong attention to detail & solution drivenStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programmeAbility to work as part of a teamFull driving license
