Hybrid Position - 2/3 working from home days

One of my clients is currently looking for BIM coordinators to coordinate the works on multiple data centre projects across Ireland and Mainland Europe.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of precise and accurate BIM execution plans to establish and uphold project-specific quality standards.
  • Produce detailed 3D BIM models aligning with project requirements.
  • Ensure BIM models align with standards and goals outlined in BIM Execution Plans and workflows.
  • Collaborate internally and externally with various disciplines involved in projects.
  • Generate BIM modeling content, including configuring additional Revit families and templates.
  • Develop construction drawings and extract necessary data from BIM models.
  • Administer and maintain the Common Data Environment, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Enforce BEPs and SMPs within the CDE.
  • Perform conformity checks on Revit models.
  • Manage clash detections on federated models using Navisworks.
  • Monitor the implementation of BIM execution plans throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and design teams to align on objectives.
  • Work closely with the BIM team to facilitate continuous development of BIM knowledge across the organization.
