Reports To:Chief Financial OfficerPosition Overview:We are excited to announce an opening for a Financial Accountant within our dynamic Finance team This is a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within SEAtS ONE.This role is ideal for recently qualified individuals seeking to progress their career in accounting, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.The successful candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the financial success of a growing organisation and further develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.Seeking a candidate for an immediate start.Role Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements and reportsProcessing invoices, payments and expenses as well as cash collectionPerforming bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenanceTax filings (VAT, corporation tax, etc.)Conducting financial analysis and assisting with budgetingEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and company policiesCollaborating with the wider team, handling all aspects of the finance function with assistance/guidance from the CFO.Handling ad-hoc accounting tasks as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldRecently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.Strong numerical and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or Accounts IQ)Excellent attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced growth environment.Strong communication skillsWillingness to learn and develop within the roleExpectations:Demonstrate agility in a fast-changing technological environment, being open and adaptable to unsuspecting change.Encouraging excellence and goal achievement within the SEAtS ONE Group, while striving for the same in your personal development.Communicate regularly and efficiently with all stakeholders, both internal and external.Maintain strong co-operative relationships within the team and other departments to ensure that the organisation continues to function successfully.High level of accuracy and a commitment to producing high quality work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance professionals.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.Strong ethical standards and a professional approach to work.About SEAtS ONE:At SEAtS ONE, we're on a mission to transform education with intelligent, data-driven solutions that put students at the heart of every decision.Our unified platform helps institutions drive attendance, engagement, early intervention, scheduling, compliance, and student wellbeing —all from one powerful, AI-enhanced hub.We partner with universities and colleges around the world to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and unlock new levels of operational efficiency.SEAtS ONE is more than software—it's your strategic partner in delivering a smarter, more connected learning experience.Location:The role will be based in SEAtS ONE HQ in Bray, Co.Wicklow.We currently have hybrid working in place, combining office-based working with working from home.Benefits:Annual Leave starting at 23.5 daysFlexible ScheduleHybrid WorkingStudy Support for Professional QualificationsPensionSalary Details:Range €50,000 - €65,000 depending on experience.
