**Job Title:** Manager, FP&A – Services Business **Location:** Cork, Ireland **Department:** Finance **Reports To:** Senior Manager, FP&A **Contract:** Perm/Full-Time**About the Role**We are seeking a **Manager, FP&A** to join our growing Finance team in Cork.
This role will be a critical business partner to our **Services organization**, with responsibility for leading **weekly forecast updates, tracking key business metrics, and delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting**.
You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance visibility, business insights, and process efficiency for our Services business across global markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of services business models and a proactive, collaborative approach.
**Key Responsibilities*** **Forecasting & Reporting** + Lead **weekly forecasting** processes for the global Services business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Own monthly and quarterly close deliverables, including **variance analysis, management reporting, and presentations** to senior leadership.
+ Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue recognition, and headcount/resource planning.
* **Business Partnership** + Collaborate closely with Services leadership, Delivery teams, and Finance business partners to understand operational drivers and ensure alignment between financial plans and business priorities.
+ Translate business inputs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
* **Metrics & Analysis** + Track and analyze key operational and financial **KPIs**, such as billable utilization, bookings, backlog, margin, and delivery performance.
+ Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
* **Process Improvement** + Streamline forecasting and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* **Collaboration & Communication** + Partner with the Finance Systems team to ensure proper data integration and reporting capabilities via platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
+ Present findings and insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
* **5+ years of experience** in FP&A, with at least **2 years supporting a Services, Consulting, or Professional Services business.
*** Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global business.
* Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.).
* Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large data sets.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
* Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
