This role will be a critical business partner to our **Services organization**, with responsibility for leading **weekly forecast updates, tracking key business metrics, and delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting**.You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance visibility, business insights, and process efficiency for our Services business across global markets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of services business models and a proactive, collaborative approach.**Key Responsibilities*** **Forecasting & Reporting** + Lead **weekly forecasting** processes for the global Services business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Own monthly and quarterly close deliverables, including **variance analysis, management reporting, and presentations** to senior leadership. + Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue recognition, and headcount/resource planning.* **Business Partnership** + Collaborate closely with Services leadership, Delivery teams, and Finance business partners to understand operational drivers and ensure alignment between financial plans and business priorities. + Translate business inputs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.* **Metrics & Analysis** + Track and analyze key operational and financial **KPIs**, such as billable utilization, bookings, backlog, margin, and delivery performance. + Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.* **Process Improvement** + Streamline forecasting and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development in tools like Power BI or Tableau.* **Collaboration & Communication** + Partner with the Finance Systems team to ensure proper data integration and reporting capabilities via platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning. + Present findings and insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.* **5+ years of experience** in FP&A, with at least **2 years supporting a Services, Consulting, or Professional Services business.*** Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global business.* Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.).* Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large data sets.* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.* Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities., and page to read employee insights and get updates of what it’s like to be part of Arlo.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
