Salary range: €45,000 – €53,000 depending on experience

The Role
Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to senior fee earners
Manage complex calendars, organise meetings, and liaise with clients and colleagues
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips
Assist with billing, time management, and other general office duties
The Person
Previous experience as a Legal PA, preferably in Litigation, Property, or Corporate law
Strong document production, typing, and organisational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a busy workload
Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills
The Rewards
Competitive salary range of €45,000 – €53,000 depending on experience
