The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) invites you to join us as our Organisational Change Lead — a key role driving innovation, continuous improvement, and transformational change across Ireland's trusted blood supply network.
About Us:
Your Role:
As Organisational Change Lead, you'll own the design and delivery of change initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
You'll apply proven frameworks like Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, and McKinsey 7S to enable smooth transitions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build organisational resilience.
You will:
Lead high-impact change projects that improve efficiency and reduce risk
Partner with HR, PMO, and key stakeholders to embed sustainable change
Identify and bridge performance gaps while managing resistance effectively
Develop internal change capabilities and strengthen employee engagement
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, or similar
At least 5 years' experience driving complex change initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong expertise with structured change methodologies and portfolio alignment
Project Management and LEAN certifications are a plus
Experience in public sector, healthcare, or manufacturing environments highly desirable
