Retail Supervisor – The Mallow N20 Plaza The Mallow N20 Plaza requires an experienced Retail & Forecourt Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in delivering store targets (sales & profitability) through effective store operations and personnel management. Availability: Monday to Sunday, with morning, middle, and evening shifts. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Role: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervising the activities of the retail sales team daily and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. Providing high-quality and consistent customer service at all times. Delegating tasks and communicating effectively with the retail sales team. Ensuring the store is merchandised in a customer-friendly and competitive manner, complying with company procedures and guidelines. Maintaining optimal store housekeeping. Coordinating in-store sales and promotions. Assisting the manager in managing staff, ensuring compliance with labour law, HACCP, Health & Safety, and Consumer Legislation. Identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the store. Person Specification: Experience in petrol forecourt operations is a distinct advantage. Operational knowledge of the retail grocery environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understanding of consumer needs. Knowledge of labour law, health & safety regulations, HACCP, and consumer law. Commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changes. Commitment to continually improving standards. Self-motivated and ambitious.
