We're currently seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to join our passionate team and help us deliver outstanding patient care, support, and service.
As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with PSI standards, and create a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in customer care.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure strict adherence to all PSI and HSE standards and protocols and operate as per the Code of Conduct outlined by PSI Supervise and mentor the pharmacy team, supporting professional development Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations and medication reviews Ensure full compliance and execution of all established standard operation procedures Collaborate with Duty Managers and Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency Manage audits, risk assessments, and safety standards Build and nurture relationships within the team and the wider community Lead by example, setting professional and ethical standards

What We're Looking For:
Registered Pharmacist with the PSI in good standing Previous experience in a Supervising or Managing Pharmacist role desirable Strong knowledge of PSI, HSE, and Irish pharmacy regulations A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills Committed to continuous professional development and operational excellence Passionate about patient care, compliance, and community health
