of the group - a high-volume, fast-paced environment supported by
two Duty Managers
who handle day-to-day people management.

What You'll Do
Lead on
compliance, regulation, and code of conduct
in line with PSI and company policies.
Act as the
clinical expert
- from medicines to generics - ensuring their patients get the best possible advice and care.
Mentor and coach the pharmacy team, driving
career progression
and professional growth.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients and the local community.
Work alongside Duty Managers to ensure operational excellence, while bringing forward ideas that improve services and performance.
What The client is looking for
Registered Pharmacist
(or eligible to register) with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
4/5 years' post-registration experience
in a busy, patient-focused pharmacy.
Strong compliance knowledge and commercial awareness.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Assertive, approachable, and collaborative - a leader people want to follow.
