Company OverviewDocusign brings agreements to life.Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives.With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents.Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity.Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you\'ll doWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Belonging Specialist to support the regional activation of our Culture, Belonging, and Talent Innovation initiatives.This role plays a vital part in driving engagement, coordinating program operations, supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and recognition programs, and ensuring an optimal experience for employees.You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver impactful events and initiatives, provide responsive employee support, onboard users to our systems, and ensure strong execution through documentation, tracking, and reporting.This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Belonging LeadResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of regional and functional Culture & Belonging plans by coordinating talent initiatives, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communicationsPartner with ERG leaders to review and approve budget requests and provide enablement and hosting support for both in-person and virtual eventsProvide operational support for multiple recognition programs including trouble shooting Spark+ points, quarterly allocation of SPIFFs, and managing employee inquiriesServe as a liaison with regional employees and business and HR partners to activate and ensure alignment and local relevance of Culture & Belonging initiativesAssist with onboarding users to systems and tools (e.g. ERG and recognition management platforms, event tracking systems)Build energy, interest, and engagement for events and measure effectiveness of programs (formal and informal)Relationship Management Operational EfficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders acting as a trusted point of contactTrack program activities and budget utilization, ensuring timely updates and data accuracySupport internal knowledge-sharing and standard process development across regional and functional teamsCreate and maintain clear process documentation to support internal transparency and operational consistencyParticipate in the preparation of reports and presentations that summarize activities, engagement, and impactJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.Access to an office location is required.(Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week;
