About MMTMMT (Medical Manufacturing Technologies) is a global leader in medical device manufacturing solutions.MMT Automation specializes in designing and building bespoke, reliable, complete solutions which automate highly complex production processes.Through deep client collaboration we support customers on the automation journey as they transition to smart methods of manufacturing that ultimately drive productivity and business efficiencies.We provide end-to-end automation and integration solutions to the medical device industry.The RoleAs an Electrical Build Technician, you will report directly to the Machine Build Coordinator or selected department leader.Work will be concentrated on electrical panel build & field wiring of automated equipment for the manufacture of life saving medical devices for our discerning multinational clients.This is a hands-on role that includes working on various stages of each project including design, build, installation, and commissioning.You will work on bespoke machines and will have exposure to the latest technologies in the world of Automation**.Main Role Responsibiliti**esRead and interpret electrical/pneumatic drawings and schematicsComplete the Panel Build Assembly, Panel Wiring and Field Wiring systemsResponsible for the build quality of each projectAssist with the completion of key project milestones, power up, set up tasks such as IO Checks, Safety Resetting, Safety checks and all Quality checksDevelop an understanding of the key project milestones and of what it takes to ensure the completion of each stage is done as it shouldbeTest, troubleshoot, debug, and validate equipment performance, compliance to applicable standards and technical specificationsComplete all required documentationInspect drawings for clarity and liaise with electrical design engineersComplete assigned work within agreed timelines and quality targetsContribute to the cleanliness, order, and housekeeping of the workshopProvide accurate duration and effort estimates for planned buil**dsQualifications & Experien**ce:Level 6 qualification in an Electrical Discipline desirable (or equivalent experience) in a similar role2yrs+ in a similar r**oleKey Skills & Attribu**tes:Strong attention to detail with a flair for precise and neatworkAbility to read and understand electrical schematicsInterest in troubleshooting & problem solvingEffective time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasksProactive and solutions focused with good organizational skillsExcellent communication skills; written, verbal and in team settingsProficient in using common MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic & results oriented team environment where flexibility is essentialExcellent interpersonal skills
