Job Opportunity: Office/Accounts Manager Our prestigious client, a leading legal firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Office/Accounts Manager to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess the following core skills: Demonstrates honesty, trustworthiness, impeccable character, and integrity. Proficient in computer usage and general IT skills. Strong mathematical aptitude. Organized with disciplined filing and record organization abilities. Experienced in using MS Excel, including familiarity with formulas, rounding errors, sorting, and filtering. Proficient user of MS Outlook for calendaring and other functions. High proficiency in the English language. Previous experience with accounting packages, preferably in a legal context. Familiarity with online banking systems. Experience with Revenue Online Service is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Handling bookkeeping, accounts management, and banking activities, including online transactions. Maintaining accurate records and supervising office registers. Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers. Overseeing office payroll operations. Maintaining office records for regulatory compliance. Generating reports as necessary. Collaborating with external auditors. Managing billing, invoices, and VAT returns.
