This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
Responsibilities include:
Proposals & RFP Management
Coordinate the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from receipt through submission.
Prepare high-quality proposal documentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions of all client proposals and tenders.
Contract & Document Management
Manage end-to-end commercial contracts, including Client, Partner, and Agent Agreements, along with any Addendums
Maintain an organized repository of all executed agreements, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
Oversee version control, approval workflows, and contract renewals
Salesforce Administration
Maintain Salesforce platform with up-to-date commercial data, pricing inputs, and pipeline accuracy
Develop and deliver dashboards and reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and commercial KPIs
Support user management, troubleshooting, and assist in the development and improvement of Salesforce processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Salesforce best practices are followed
Sales Enablement Tools
Administer and manage sales tools, including DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
Ensure platforms are properly maintained, users are onboarded effectively, and issues are resolved promptly
Other Commercial Support
Proofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency
Assist in the procurement and onboarding of third-party contractors
Support the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as needed
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Support role
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
An exceptional attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
