Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Store Supervisor to join the team in our store inRiverside, Co GalwayAs Store Supervisor you will support the Store Manager in leading all team members of the store ensuring the delivery of outstanding levels of service to all our customers in the most effective and profitable manner while ensuring policy compliance.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Store Manager in developing a strong teamEnsure that date checking, stock rotation, shrinkage controls and food safety procedures are being followedCommunicate effectively with team membersEnsure that all team members adhere to the companies policies & proceduresAct as a reasonable key holder protecting yourself and the company's assets at all timesEnsure the correct SEL's & POS are in placeMaintain stock levels/replenishment of stockEnsure Merchandising standards are in line with best practiceEnsure that the Store is clean and tidy at all timesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTeam PlayerExperience of leading a team in a professional mannerAbility to delivery standards – setting example for the teamExcellent communication skillsGood merchandising skills/knowledgeAbility to support Store Manager in providing trainingAbility to deal effectively with incidents in the absence of the Store ManagerBusiness/commercial awarenessBENEFITSFun, high energy work environmentExcellent career progression opportunities are available to the right person as the company growsJob Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingSchedule:Weekend availabilityWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €***** per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In personReference ID: 0051
