We're currently on the lookout for a
motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Supervisor
to join our dynamic team at Galway Bay Hotel – one of Ireland's leading 4-star hotels, celebrated for exceptional service and hospitality.
About the Role:
As
Breakfast Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Breakfast service.
From guiding your team on the floor to ensuring five-star guest experiences, your leadership will help create memorable moments for all who dine with us.
Your responsibilities:
Leading, supervising, and training the Breakfast team.
Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests at all times.
Supporting daily operational standards including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with hotel policies (HACCP, cash handling, etc.).
Driving sales and upselling opportunities in a natural, guest-focused manner.
Collaborating with the management team to ensure seamless service and team engagement.
About you:
1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or F&B setting (preferred).
A strong team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a natural flair for hospitality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
