Overview

Join to apply for the Food and beverage - Breakfast staff role at Byrne Hotel Group. The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for a flexible Food and beverage assistant - Breakfast staff. This is an amazing opportunity to join the fun, energetic, and vibrant Victoria Hotel Galway. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and must be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate also must have flexibility on working early shifts along weekends and/or weekdays (6.30 - 15.00).

Responsibilities
  • Taking orders and serving customers
  • Maintaining high levels of quality of service
  • Take directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager
  • Updating stock levels variances
  • Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food
Experience and Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Passionate and Enthusiastic about customer service
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Show initiative
  • Knowledge about bar service is an advantage
