Midweek Food & Beverage Assistant

Standing proudly on the famous Eyre Square since 1852, The Hardiman offers generous hospitality with a familiar, easy charm that makes guests feel right at home. We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team.

The Role
  • Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all times.
  • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
  • Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
  • Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
The Person
  • Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros Experience would be preferable.
