We are currently looking to recruit F&B Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Beacon in Salthill.The ideal candidates would be fluent in English, hard working, reliable, skilled and highly motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and hospitality.They would strive at working efficiently and accurately under pressurised situations.Roles and Responsibilities· Stock and prep stations at the beginning of each night.· Serve patrons in a fast paced but effective manner whilst maintaining great customer relations.· Ensure absolute accuracy whilst dealing with payments and cash handling.· Maintain a clean and presentable bar area during periods of extreme busyness.· Clean and return the restaurant to perfect condition at the end of the night.Key skills:· Fluent in English· Fantastic Customer relations· Reliable· Honest· Outgoing and friendly· Excellent Presentation· Ability to work efficiently in pressured situations· Previous experience working as a F&B Supervisor is essential· Ability to work both as a team and alone· Self-motivated· Capable of working flexible hoursJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountFood allowanceOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
