Being part of EssilorLuxottica means being part of a passionate international and diverse community of 190,000 individuals working towards a common mission, help people "to see more, be more".With a global presence in more than 150 countries, an incredible heritage, and a fascinating vertical integrated business model, EssilorLuxottica offers endless development and career opportunities worldwide and learning possibilities at every turn.Born in ****, Sunglass Hut started as a small family business running a kiosk in a Miami mall.After 50 years and over 3,000 stores worldwide, we're celebrating where we've been and where we're going – bringing that same family feel and welcoming spirit as the very first kiosk to our stores today.This role is based in a new store opening.Job Scope and Main ResponsibilitiesA Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team.As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Sunglass Hut culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee the store's day-to-day operations.Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is within company guidelines.Regularly analyses sales performance, maximising strengths and reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvementTo follow all company policy and procedures to ensure safety and security of the businessNetwork effectively with internal and external stakeholdersKeep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activityDeliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledgeMaintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelinesEnsuring that the store is always on top of the competition by being commercially focusedRecruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in storeCreate an engaging and positive working environmentEstablish a store culture that embraces diversity and maximises the learnings from a diverse teamLead store team to deliver brand story (and Sunglass Hut experience, if applicable) through effective store managementSet and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performanceMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeTechnical Skills - Portrait of a Perfect CandidateStrong selling skillsProblem solving abilityExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and listening skillsTime Management skillsPersuading & influencing skillsCoaching & development skillsPerformance Management skillsLeadership skillsHighly commercialAble to networking effectivelyResults drivenProblem solving abilityGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packageCustomer centric with a positive attitudeWhat we offerGreat benefits such as discounted eyewear, holidays allowance, pension package, monthly bonus and commission structure, etc.Internal mobility across countries, brands and departmentsCareer progression and developmentGenerous incentives conducted in storeQualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience2+ years' store management experienceLanguagesEnglish fluentOther Languages#J-*****-Ljbffr
