Flexsource is currently recruiting for a new role a Store Manager for our Client based in Naas, Co. Kildare The ideal candidate for this role will have previous 2 years managerial experience in a similar role.Requirements:• Operational Store Excellence - Drive operational excellence in your store by ensuring adherence to store processes and guidelines within the framework of the Corporate Centre Standards. Utilize operational store analytics to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for enhanced store performance.• Operational Store Analytics – Exceed company KPI’s, Cash & Stock Management Audit, management of store personnel costs and sales performance.• Leadership - Empower your team's growth and success through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
